  • MailerMojo – for sending emails, confirmation messages, and volunteer updates
  • RankingCoach (or similar SEO/analytics tools) – for measuring website traffic and improving search visibility
  • Website hosting, security, and form-processing providers – to ensure a secure, functioning website


These providers may process limited information such as email addresses or technical data solely on our behalf. They may not use your information for their own purposes.



4. How We Store and Protect Information

We take reasonable security measures to protect personal information, including:

  • Encrypted website (HTTPS)
  • Password-protected internal systems
  • Restricted access to volunteer and supporter data

Zone captains may receive contact info for volunteers assigned to their routes.

For example, to comply with Elections Alberta regulations or a lawful request from authorities.

RecallNate.ca may use cookies to:
